Stabilized.

My rule is to weigh each morning. If I gain a couple of pounds, I watch for the next few days. Usually it is water and sheds off. If not, or if I gain even more, I cut back for a few days and go back to normal. Weight gain happens when people let it creep up without doing something about stabilizing it right away. I will probably gain five pounds over the holidays, but I don't care or worry because I know I will just cut back afterwards and stabilize again. Logic.
