I would have loved to see both Bret Hart and The Rock (my favorite wrestler) at the Raw 15th anniversary special. WWE tried to get both of them to come but they both said no. Bret Hart still refuses to take part in their events after the screwjob that took place 10 years ago between him and them. He is also upset with them again because the WWE is trying to get some profit from his new book that recently came out. Bret Hart used publishers in Canada and not the USA, therefore the WWE can't get anything from it which fustrates them because the book is doing so well. The Rock will no longer be a part of any of their events, unless he is going to see the show like a regular fan. He said that he is focused more on acting and that showing up and being apart of the show would make it appear as though he may possibly be coming back into the ring when he doesn't plan to.

I would have rather seen the Rock because he had more of an impact on the Raw show over the 15 years than Bret Hart did. Hart mostly wrestled for the WWF before the Raw era began.

The Rock coming there and giving Vince "The Rock Bottom" and the "People's Elbow".
OR
Bret Hart coming there and putting Vince in "The Sharpshooter".
That's a tough one, but since I haven't seen Bret hart in a long time and it'd be nice to see Bret get back at Vince for that ScrewJob, I'd prefer Bret Hart, but again, that was a tough one.

Bret "The Hit-Man" Hart, might possibly be the most athleticly gifted, amazing performer in any wrestlings history. To the idiot that compared him to that talentless fart John Cena, you my friend obviously don't know Bret Hart very well. Bret Hart may not have the greatest mic skills but he could kill anyone in the ring! The rock was never as loyal to his fans as bret was.

a Bret Hart appearance would've been more special since people can see the Rock any old time in movies and on the late night talk shows he goes on to promote them.

The Rock. He contributed more to Raw than Bret.
