It's happened to me at public urinals. I can see them with my peripheral vision taking a quick peek. Personally, it gives me a silent chuckle. It's just curiosity, and to be honest, it does feed my ego a little bit.
I hope I'm never so insecure that I worry about anyone looking at me anywhere, anytime.

It's pretty uncomfortable, but I've seen people solve the problem. No, not punch the guy in the face. Wear shorts in the shower.

Not really but those female sports writers come in and you're standing there hanging out. That's kinda crazy when you don't know that they are there and then whoops.

This always happens to me. No idea why either... maybe because I like to air dry after a shower and do jumping jacks naked to speed up the process.

doesnt bother me in the slightest. Basic training kind of breaks you of that you spend 9 weeks around guys who do stupid crap so you get immune to it.
