When I turned 30 and had gone no where in life. Yeah it hits you... and hard!I'm 31 now and now I realize I must do something with my life other than have fun and let the years run by me.

At 19 I thought I knew it all...around 23 I found out I was wrong!

I'm 15 and it has not happened yet.

I have to say I'm a little irritated. I think that you are making too broad a statement when you make assumptions about someone's maturity levels and attitudes based on a number.
