The only thing on the paper was my pin and account number. Can someone still use it if they have no other information or the card?

Don't waste time on yahoo waiting for answers. Call you bank and change the pin right this second.

If they know the bank the info is from then yes they can.
Although not likely it can happen with phone sales and Internet sales of whatever they want.
If you can I'd change my pin code asap.
It also depends on where you lost it, not everyone wants to steal from you.
It is a fact you do not need the card to do a transaction over the telephone and on-line.
The upside to that, they usually require the 3 digit code on the back of the card and the exp. date of the card as well.
They may even ask for billing address and more.
The info in the wrong hands may produce info of the owner of that account and there by giving the answers needed to use the account.

yes depending upon the store. Some stores and gas stations that do not use PIN pads run everything like a credit card. Write "see ID" on the back. this will be a way of varifying if its you using the card at some retail stores. For the gas stations you'll be out of luck. If you ever do loose your card call your bank immediately and report it lost or stolen. they will put a freeze on your account. They will also ask you verify your most recent transactions. monitor your account frequently. I log in just about every other day to check my accounts activity. if anything seems suspicious just call.

Don't tell your bank that you went to Yahoo! Answers first before telling them you lost your PIN. Especially if you are disputing unauthorized transactions on your account. Most account agreements limits a bank's liability if they can prove you delayed informing them.

I suggest going to your bank and having them change your pin#, maybe even your account number. Don't write anything down, that you don't want anyone to see...
