Democrats who are concerned that Obama can't win are in a shrinking minority and represent the easily fall for anything types that the republicans hope they can convert. All national polls prove that Obama not only can win but is likely to.

I plan to vote Republican in 2008, but I want you to know, given a choice between Hillary and Obama, I don't have to think about it. Obama would be my choice. Hillary is so liberal and socialistic that Obama could beat her, and in fact, he may do it.

Hillary has so much baggage, not to mention that thing she is married to, that people don't want to take the chance again. People are also beginning to see Hillary for what she is, not the way she wants to be seen.

Don't count Obama out yet. In fact, I said I plan to vote Republican in 2008, but if the choice is Rudy and Barrack, I may have to do some rethinking.

By the way, I'm one of those dumb, southern white, Christian rednecks that can't think for himself.

Yes but those who are racist are very unlikely to vote for any democratic candidate, whether it's Obama or someone else. Democrats stand for equlaity while racists don't.

I'll just say this: anyone who votes for someone only because they "think" that person will be the popular vote -- is stupid in itself.
Use your brain, vote for the person who you think is the best candidate for president -- NOT who you think will be everyone's favorite.
And I don't believe there will be a racist problem -- we're in the 21st century, I think our country can handle a president who's not 100% caucasian.
