some say turkey,
spiral ham,
prime rib.........

last year we had prime rib, it was fantastic.
this year, spiral ham.

Yep about every other year. Turkey and Ham, then Prime Rib the next

and I season the prime rib with a rub of
minced garlic
pepper
worcestershire sauce
lawrys seasoned salt
a little durkee brand cajun spice
durkee brand six pepper blend
durkee brand roasted garlic flakes


rub all that into the roast and slow cook at low temp all day leaving it pink in the middle carve and serve with bowls of steaming hot au jus.........oh man now i am craving on some prime rib!!

I was going to make a ham but been think about prime Rib too. Funny you just mentioned it. Sounds better then ham . I might buy a ham and throw it in the freezer and have the butcher make steak out of it maybe. because it's so cheap. But Prime Rib with a little horse radish sounds extra good.

We do prime rib every Christmas, my brother and I decided one year that we had had enough turkey. So we have been doing prime rib and everyone loves this idea.

Our tradition is Prime Rib every year my family loves it when I cook it! It is a great way to get everyone together and so much fun!

I think we usually have either goose or turkey....I don't think I have ever had prime rib for Christmas dinner.

I'm not a big fan of prime rib. I love steak, but not prime rib.

No, I've never had prime rib of soy. Sounds interesting, though. Wonder if it would be dry? lol

yes last year. this year fried turkey. think i will have a rib eye for dinner though. have a great christmas.
