I would rather see a un-juiced hitter play than a fake/juiced player.

The problem is that there are not a lot of coaches that employ sneaky tactics, like stealing third base to home, or a double steal, things like that make the game slighlty interesting.
Steroids is bad for the game because you will have an uneven field of players with tons of power while the other part diminishes. Of course, you can have the strength, but if you don't have the bat speed or the eye coordination (like Bonds or A-Rod), you won't succeed.
Steroids do affect your body and your health. I would prefer to live 20 years in baseball than 10 good years kicking steroids into my system, risking my health and getting tiny balls.

I can still remember in the 70's the Cardinals leading HR hitter was Silent George Hendrick and he only hit 26 that season. Now days they got that many by the All-Star break. Now I don't know if I liked the game better back then or now, with all the HR's.All I know is I Love the game of Baseball

I would rather see the 20 hitter if it meant that the 80 hr hitter was on steroids.
It's bad for the game because it makes it seem like it's ok to do anything to win, including cheating.
When money is involved, it's obvious that people have to be stopped from hurting themselves.
Not even considering the poor showing it has on our children.
"Daddy, I don't think I will make little league... again"
"Don't worry son, just do your best, and if your best isn't good enough, daddy will put this needle in your bum and you will grow freakishly strong and kick everyone's butt.... at least until the side effects kick in"

The excitement of the stolen base and the triple will return to the game. How boring is it to watch 5 homers a game, 5 slow leisurely jogs around the bases, and so on? I miss the 100+ steal years -- Coleman, Henderson, Willie Wilson, and those guys. Rollins will flourish, and I'm not even a fan of his. Reyes, same thing. Real baseball is a 2-1, 3-2 event, not a 14-10 slugfest.

The game of Baseball would be great if we had all 80 homerun hitters, but I would have to say that steroids is wrong.

Baseball is not only about HR.
That said, pitchers are using PED as well, so the advantage is not only for the hitters. The game should be played on a level playing field without unfair and illegal advantages.

I personally would rather see a 20 HR hitter if it means the game is played more defensively and with more intelligence.

I'd rather watch real humans perform at thier best, whatever that might be. Otherwise I can play the video game and see what false enhancement does for a player's ability.
For $30 a seat, I wanna see the real thing.

Everyone says that they wouldn't want to see juiced players but when HRs are up, so is fan attendance. How many of us didn't watch more baseball when balls were flying out of the park?

no. Baseball was fine before the 1994 strike when steroids was not so widespreed. Besides baseball is all about the history and the few greats who could do it natural.
