Have you called or written Yuma.homes? I would like to know how they get their sales prices. Most websites just download from the MLS data so these mistakes are not often made.

You've never heard of human error ???? I once had a $115,000 listing advertised for $1,150,000. It HAPPENS. Handle it until the error is corrected. Simply courteously explain that the advertising is a typographical error, and that the correct price is $259,900. If those folks get irate over an error, it's THEIR problem and not yours.
