Only if they were trying to speak for me or voice what they think is my opinion. Even then, I don't get too upset. If they're joking around, that's fine. If it's a question with a factual answer (what time is it, is it snowing out, etc), no, I do not get frustrated when someone else answers first. If I know they are wrong, I may correct them. But only if it's important. I don't like correcting people, there are usually plenty of others waiting to do just that.
This is kind of a long answer, isn't it? I'll never get anywhere at this rate!
