American, Canadian and British rotors are the best you can buy. If you plan on trading within two yrs. all auto parts stores have off-shore (China or Taiwan) rotors for 1/3- 1/2 less. The quality is simply put, terrible. They warp easily rust and corrode quickly unless you live in an area where there's no snow.
For a wide choice of brake pads try: autopartswarehouse.com. They have EBC dimpled and slotted rotors for $156.00 per pair. All EBC products are British made.
As for brake pads cheap organic pads go for $35.00 and less. They wear fast but are very clean. EBC makes a premium organic pad which lasts 25-35,000 miles they run about $60.00 per axle ( four pads).
What ever you choose stay away from metallic pads. They grind rotors to an early death and leave a filthy orange, red and gray dust on your aluminum wheels. The next cleanest pad are ceramic based. They last longer than organics and are easier on rotors most cost between $50.- 70.00 depending on brand.
When you go to an auto-parts store it's up to you to ask weather the rotors come from the US, or Canada or the off-shore stuff.
If you live near an AC Delco distributorship all their products are American made. They also have ceramic pads.
Another good American brand is Wagner. They have rotors and brake pads. Bendix has now just released ceramic CT.3 pads. You'll find these at Advance Auto. Auto Zone has Performance Friction products which is a blend of carbon and metallic.

take it to your local "Just Brakes" service shop if you have one in your city and it will be $99 for replacing your pads for front and the rear and let then turn your rotors and don't let them talk you into anything more than that.
