Yes it is.
Its all about perspective. The people that don't think life is beautiful are too stuck on themselves to really look at it.

Life is a mixture of the beautiful and the ugly. Of course, I mean that life as it is presently experienced is a mixture of beauty and ugliness. God did not intend for life to be so hurtful, so unpleasant at times. But I'd rather be above ground any day rather than being six feet underground. On the other hand, there are times when death seems preferable to life. That is why I refer to the mixed blessing of this thing called life.

Well, I have several views on this:
1. I think life IS beautiful ( just answer to your question )
2. What is life? We need to define it to be sure what are we speaking about
3. What is beauty? That`s also important for understanding
Sorry, I just can`t avoid these questions :)
If you meant our everyday life, it might be beautiful, since we can enjoy pleasures of technologies and well developped society. But homeless man don`t necessarily have to agree with this ( life is just a fight for survival for him).
If you meant life as miracle of nature, it`s wonderfull. Just imagine our ability to think, and compare it to what we were several milions years ago. And reflecting our birth and discussing the essence of nature is maybe the most beautiful aspect of this life (what other things can reflect themselves? Computers not ;) )
And what is beauty? We all have different opinions on what is beautifull, but I think that there is something we share in this. All people just have to think about it enough and they will almost certainly come to the result that life is beutifull, don`t matter how rich or poor we are, or where and how we live. And this refers to both meanings of life as I described it above.

Yes! Life is beautiful, if you let it be. If you choose to see the beauty that surrounds you (love, nature, art, music) rather than focusing on the ugliness that's there (hatred, pollution, crime, cruelty). It's all about your perception.
La vita e bella!
You can find the beauty anywhere. As someone once said, you may be standing in the gutter, but you can still look at the stars...

This would depend on the life. If somone is living in pain and misery, it's likely not beautiful. If life was absolutely beautiful, then why do some kill themselves?

This is purely a matter of opinion, in one sense it has to be seen as a wonderful place, where everyone gets the same chance to prove themselves etc. On the other hand it's an awful place, War, needless fighting, doing nothing in your life but working and paying off debts, animal testing, murder, rape.racism, sexism, size ism, so many things that are so horrific that it's hard to see the good side of life.
But this is purely my opinion..

Yes! At 70 years of age having lived through alot of difficult times, but also many wonderful times, and when I look at nature and how wonderfully our world is made, I still get a real feeling for God's creation. We always need to look to the positive and attempt to lead others in that direction. Never let negative people drag you down. If you can't change their negativity, stay away from them.
