There are detailed directions in each box. Condoms have about a 85% effectiveness rate with typical use; if they're used correctly, the risk of pregnancy is smaller. They're the only birth control method that help protect you from STDs.
Walgreens has a good selection. You might try LifeStyles Extra Thin; they seems to fit well, and they have a reservoir at the tip.
More details: "Open the condom package at one corner being careful not to tear the condom with your fingernails, your teeth, or through being too rough. Make sure the package and condom appear to be in good condition, and check that if there is an expiry date that the date has not passed.
Place the rolled condom over the tip of the hard penis, and if the condom does not have a reservoir top, pinch the tip of the condom enough to leave a half inch space for semen to collect. If the man is not circumcised, then pull back the foreskin before rolling on the condom.
Pinch the air out of the condom tip with one hand and unroll the condom over the penis with the other hand. Roll the condom all the way down to the base of the penis, and smooth out any air bubbles. (Air bubbles can cause a condom to break.)
If you want to use some extra lubrication, put it on the outside of the condom. But always use a water-based lubricant (such as KY Jelly or Liquid Silk) with latex condoms, as an oil-based lubricant will cause the latex to break.
The man wearing the condom doesn't always have to be the one putting it on - it can be quite a nice thing for his partner to do." --http://www.avert.org/usecond.htm
If you're planning on having sex now, and not just seeking information for the future, you might consider waiting; 15 is rather young. Are you willing and able to take on the responsibility of helping take care of a baby if you get your partner pregnant? The decision to have sex shouldn't be made lightly. Take care.

Seriously, If you're only 15 perhaps you should consider whether or not you really need to know the answer just yet, condoms are for sexual relationships between consenting educated adults and at 15 I'm afraid you are not classed as any of those... I would think about learning more about yourself and relationships before you consider doing anything with a condom.
Unless of course the question is for some sort of very late sex ed project in which case...
You can buy condoms from your local DIY store, they're about £35 and you put them on your head with a pair of everyday kitchen tongues and a papertowl.

Dude, pinch the tip, roll it on, and leave some room at the end, otherwise it will break and will be useless. Do you have a Wal-Mart in your town, a pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Go to a store that has the self checkout so you won't feel so embarrassed.

A guy walks into a store and asks, "How much is a condom?" The clerk says $1. The guy says he'll take one. The clerk says, "That'll be $1.05. The guy says, "What's the 5 cents for?" The clerk says "for the tax". The guys says, "You mean, you gotta hold them on with tacks??"
