You modem, just like a router, has configuration pages you use to configure settings. You use your IP address to access these pages. If you are unsure how to do this I suggest you contact your ISP for assistance.

If you bought this modem at a store, in that you were given a list of modems you can choose to buy and use with your ISP, then it will have come with a Manual. Open the manual and read up on how to access your configuration settings.

If you still have issues, contact the modems manufacturers technical support. The phone number should also be in the manual or user guide.

Good luck and have a nice holiday season.

Is this for an old modem on a new PC? Is the modem one supplied by wanadoo? If yes then run the disc unless you are on Vista. This will not allow the disc to run as older wanadoo discs are not compatabile with Vista. As you can get online try the Speedtouch website as the 330 is a stouch modem.

You just need to go to the properties of your modem and then you can do any changes you want to do,
