Furniture stores should be able to sell you leather conditioning creams or sprays. If that's not an option for you, try checking in an automotive department for those items.

My personal favorites is either Mink Oil or Neat's Foot Oil. Both are available locally in hardware stores. Both items are rubbed in and will keep the leather soft and pliable. I also use those on leather jackets, gloves and gun leather. My duty belt is going on 20 years old and it still looks brand new.

I use McGuire's Leather wipes for my couch. You can find them in the Auto section at most stores. They are sold for the leather interior for a car but I used them on my couch as well and they work great.
