Global Warming is NOT created NOR can it be controlled by humans! According to your theories, one small volcano eruption would have a larger impact on "Global Warming" than decades of human life.

Get your heads out of your @ss and stop thinking that humans are God.

Gotta love real scientists, not U.N. puppets. And I wonder why no one in the media is reporting the record breaking year of new ice being formed. Guess it's interferes with Al's message of global doom.

Yeah! The only global warming myth suckers are American liberals and the 173 member nations of the Kyoto Protocol. Lots of prestigious countries haven't ratified it: Afghanistan, Andorra, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Republic of China (Taiwan), Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, St. Kitts & Nevis, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Somolia, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkey, Vatican City, and Zimbabwe haven't ratified it either. Together we stand united against overwhelming empirical evidence and the rest of the world.

Wait. Kazakhstan signed Kyoto but hasn't ratified it. Ah, what do they know? They're just a bunch of Borats. This makes it easier: American conservatives are right; everyone else is wrong.

The saddest thing is the Cons have made this a political issue. Like the girl above me just said, "As a conservative, I don't think you do much to further our cause", what the hell does that mean? What is your cause? Obviously it's to oppose anything that doesn't come from your political group. Al Gore has nothing to do with global warming. He is just a guy speaking about it. You Cons are just party liners who refuse to look at the evidence. If you did look at the evidence you would realize what's happening. It's a lot easier to just sit back and let Limbaugh explain global warming to you.

Is being ignorant a pre-requisite to be a conservative?

the problem with liberals is in simple terms that they understand plenty that isn't so. The Liberal ideology is a thought , fostered by utilising a delusional, illogical minority and which holds forth ideals that have not got any foundation in certainty. they are Advocates of a coverage that empowers a solid federal government to enslave its those with a intense tax burden incident to the help of extravagant and pointless social classes unfavourable to the two the artwork ethic between the decrease classification, and the inducement to innovate and succeed between the working classification. "while the individuals discover that they are able to vote themselves funds, which will usher in the top of the republic." Liberals elect to spend different peoples funds!! @

I feel your frustration with people's lack of insight into the motives for all this global warming is manmade farce. I think some of the problem may be that many just don't read or watch all the videos and texts from scientists and others who are in the know about all this stuff and don't believe these guys and gals because they don't get media coverage, that is their right.

but I sure find it hard to believe they would support a tax on anything that is a necessity of life these days I mean you need to heat your homes, eat (it takes gas and oil to grow food, transport it and package it etc,)and get to work and the store, taxing that would be paramount to eating less food, being cold in winter and not making it to work or the store, and not being able to afford going to visit relatives or going to the park and camping because you can't afford the gas. it means you can't go to the doctors regularly because you can't afford the gas, medicines (which are made from oil products and gas for transportation of it etc).

and what is funny no one seems to grasp the thing that taxes do not solve problems they purport to, like taxing for the welfare system, there are more poor people now then when the taxes were incorporated, taxing is how you destroy a nation, you see it really doesn't cost as much as you think to run government (constitutial one that is). I heard teh figure as 2 percent of all revenue brought in, that leaves the rest for defense, adn other nonessentials bureactrates who basically are not needed.

dept of energy, dept of education, dept of health and human services etc are set up to make money, not to provide any service that we benefit from only the corporations and gov benefit, they get to dictate curriculum at school what food is grown, how much, when, what foods were allowed to eat in school and not, how much we pay for energy, and you can bet your bottom and top dollar they are using these dept for control and profit not for administering rule of law government. you see we fund our own slavery without knowing it, which has caused misery for the world.

you see I have come to recognize the enemy and it is not al quada, global warming or even obeisty, it is parasitic governments of the world(and he would controls them). the average joe is the prey. they are sucking the life out of everyone where they can, they say one thing and do another, like indians are said to have said "white man speaks with fork tongue." well gov speak with fork tongue too. they speak rule of law but mean their law, not constitutional or bill of rights or international law, not even biblical law either, they mean their own laws they make up as they go along.

they use words that we understand to mean one thing when they in their hearts mean quite another, it is a way to deceive people as to the true intent of something. after all they have a master teacher in the art of deception.

you have no idea what your talking about - your statement about volcanoes is completely false and only shows your ignorance - or brainwashing by right wing propaganda web pages. If there were 10-15 mt. st. helens sized eruptions each year - then volcanoes would produce as much as human activity

The part where you call it B.S. without any facts to back it up other then pointing to a volcanic eruption which is a natural part of an earthly cycle as your reason for there not being global warming. Maybe your credibility is a bit low. The fact that your only pointing at "libs" as people who believe in global warming also shows me a bit of a bias.

What I gleam from the enviromental impact studies, is that we must be responsible now with our everyday behavior. Yes I can contribute to our clean water, and air quality by being socially responsible, I watch what my refuse, I recycle and handle paint and oil and other chemicals properly. I volunteer to community seniors. I pick up trash I see in front of me. I buy a car for low emmisions. I buy paper not plastic plates. I support various community projects. I don't shop where they enslave children for workers, like walmart, the gap. We can use our eyes, and our brains to contribute to the next generations. We must not cop an attitude about people who lead us to think!!!!!

"Global warming is BS" is easy to understand.

In the right tone, even my dog can understand it.

What *you* don't understand apparently, is how unpersuasive "Global warming is BS" actually is.

Your nonsense about "small volcanoes" doesn't help your case. The effects of the largest eruptions of the last 150 years or so are well known and they didn't melt the ice caps or lead to sustained declines in temperature.

That is why opening your mouth gets you understood better then you think - people can tell that you are not very informed, very insightful, or very interested in becoming either.

Our children are at stake here folks. Carcinogens are the number one stimulus for causing mutations which can develop into cancer. Burning fossil fuels places more carcinogens into the air that your children breathe.

The fuel we burn is bought from Arab countries, the same Arab countries that gave birth to the people that attacked us on 9/11. We’re also borrowing money from these countries to pay for our bloated government that refuses to control its spending.

Those who do not wish to wean America off oil dependency, not only have no regard for their children’s health, they also wish to continue handing over money and power to Arab countries.

Personally, I love America too much to do that.

I also believe our country is so great - we can lead the world away from fossil fuel dependency, since we are the greatest innovators in modern history. I believe in America, and I do not wish to aid Arab nations forever by buying their fossil fuel, regardless of what price they charge us.

Never has our dependence on a foreign export and foreign lending be so great, how shameful we have no resolve to cut that dependency and become a stronger nation for it.

The Holocene Era is a non-conformist, so the Goregelicans ostracize it from the global warming community.

This fact alone shows that actual science and understanding is of secondary importance and that the quest to be named the next Kepler is the prize
