inherited a house from a friend that passed away, need to pay deferred interest and interest only mortgage payments until I can get a roommate or I will lose home. I am a single mom, and do not have another place to live. looking for people who do have the need to reduce their income by helping others by giving gifts of money. please respond asap running out of time

people who "need to reduce their income by helping others" usually contribute to a registered nonprofit (501c3) so that their contributions are tax deductible. Maybe try a church? Does Red Cross deal with this situation? Sorry.

you are between a rock and a hard place -- you might be better off going for a quick deed sale and not try to save the house but have the money and run!!!!
