Me and a gang of my relatives and friends are planning to go to the philippines. Just would like to find out where we could hangout and have fun preferably in manila or cebu. Is there any clubs or cool places you can recommend that is safe? thank you! much appreciated..

☻At Makati City, Manila. Try Hard Rock Cafe at Makati.. or at the Greenbelt 3, Makati.. (Absinthe bar, Red box, Bollywood, Bed Space, Cafe Havana....), Guiligan's Bar and restaurant at Makati.. Just near Gerry's Grill, Makati.
☻While at Cebu.. You can try going to Ayala Entertainment Center (Ratsky, Cafe Havana, Tequila Joe's..) or Go to Crossroads, Banilad (Vudu, High Life..) or at Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu.. (Yo! Latino, Sunflower City, Pumps...) or at A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City (Slabadu, and so much more.)
☻Or just in case you're also planning to go Boracay, the party island in the Philippines.. Go to Summer place, Bombom, Hey Jude!, Plazoleta, and sooooo much more.

Go to Greenbelt 3 and you will see what suits you. But I see a lot in Fuzion, on Level 3 of Greenbelt 3. They have sofas that are like beds, with those hanging out actually feeling like they are home, squatting on these "beds: or even lying down. Not far from it is RedBox, where you can practice your vocal chords as you enjoy the videoke facilities.

Seeing your name is Juan Tamad, I have to say the best place to hang out is in a "duyan". =)
The next best place to hang out and is safe is "THE FORT" in Taguig-Makati border. Lots of clubs there ... Try EMBASSY or CUISINE.
Serendra is also situated close to The Fort and you can check it out, safe too.
