wouldn't it be nice for us Americans to change from saying "good bye" to "peace be with you" for a departing greeting?

Maybe we can make this a better world, one expression at a time!

But no, I don't think we should all switch to greeting eachother in Arabic. Goodbye is a warmer greeting when you consider it's meaning. Would you rather be at peace, or doing really good?

I've always liked "Peace out brook trout!!!"

Actually 'Goodbye' comes from 'God be with you'.
