Do not go banging on the hinges..you will just create tons of more problems. There is'nt much that can be doen in this manner, due to if you move the hinges around or put in spacers etc..the door will not fit in the door jamb if at all... Either the whole house was off level when built, or the door frames themself were not installed level...some times simple settling of the house can cause this..You would have to pull the whole door frame out to correct this, and at a good cost..Door stops would be your best optiion

ghost door..... pull the hing pin & lay it on concrete & hit/tap it pretty hard ( not too hard you don't want a pretzel ) to deform it a bit...tap it back in place - quick cure - the problem is the door is hung out of plumb

take a hammer and punch bend the barrel in some, [the round things on the hinge,]
