Remember the old saying "Ignorance is bliss?" Well, sometimes it is, but usually it isn't. Happiness only comes from overcoming evil, not necessarily fighting it.

i dont think its because we are ignoring the 'evil' we celebrate despite the evil...for if we could not celebrate any good, than the evil would have won.
