Where do you rank UC Berkeley in the USA as a university?

US World News and Report ranked it the #1 PUBLIC university in the country and ranked it #21 overall including both public and private universities.

My dad graduated from Berkeley. I rank it up there at the top, along with Stanford, Harvard, and Yale.
