Did you pay attention to the Ravens game? Some people have these permanent blinders on. No big air day for the pats, have to see if they can actually run and win.

If the weather is as bad as it is expected to be, how can anyone honestly say that Pats will still cover spread & throw the ball. If Pats lose, their fans will use the excuse that it was bad weather & would have beaten the Jets under any other circumstances. Not a fan of either team but I remember a few weeks ago when Steelers only beat the Dolphins 3-0, how so many Pat fans were saying how the Steelers only beat lowly Dolphins 3-0 & actually said it had nothing to do with the weather conditions. If Pats win they win but if Pats lose, I look forward to hearing what Pat fans say about game.

The only way to equalize this game would be to not let the Patriots play. They are far superior in every aspect of the game, including rushing, Maroney is a beast when they need him to be, the only problem for him is they never really run the ball. If the game is played in bad weather and turns into a ground game, the Pats are still far superior.
And don't think a little bad weather is going to stop them from passing anyway, they can play their game in any conditions.

The Pats will win 34 to 3, instead of 56 to 3.

Well, the weather will be bad and the ball and field will be wet...but most of the players will be wearing gloves...They're both up in bad weather obviously...but I think Belichick is gonna stick it to Mangini and Welker will have a big day in the Passing game, as will Moss obviously...The Pats will roll in this one...worse than the first meeting because of spygate...

It won't affect the Pats at all. They will pound the Jets and cover the spread easily to spite them. They will not let up one bit.

I think it gives the Patriots another edge.Snow bowls are a specialty in NE. Most other teams, notice I said most not all, that play in this kind of climate or where they "think it's just
too hot" play in domed stadiums.
Although the Jets don't have a dome they do get a bit less snow and are jus slightly warmer than frigid N.E. weather.

I'm sure that game will be played mostly on the ground, and maybe a couple of passing plays, but if the weather conditions on Sunday are what they are right now, it looks to be a low scoring, running game.

Seeing thou I am from the frozen tundra... I'll tell ya what I know. The ball is ALOT HARDER and a lot easier to loose. In snow the entire game is tougher because you have like I said the fact that the ball is really hard, it's slippery and the turf is slippery as well... they are always fun games to watch when it's snowy out... you never know what will happen...
