No i do no longer think of that would desire to take place. For one undertaking a huge majority of the Democratic management plus a number of intelligence agencies believed Saddam had the weapons. rely of reality we got here across 3 hundred shells crammed with mustard gas and terrorists tried to apply a Sarin shell as a street side bomb. So the weapons have been there, based on the excellent Intel obtainable.

No war crimes have been committed and the USA is nothing like Germany in the 1940's but we could be on our way to becoming like the Soviet Union. .

I doubt it would happen. Both Bush and his liberal "opponents" are committed to capitalism, and war crimes under their government are inevitable. And I doubt that the U.S.'s capitalist allies from other countries would support doing that to him.
But if it DID happen I would be overjoyed, as long as Bill Clinton (who bombed Iraq his FIRST day in office) was sitting in the prisoner's dock next to him, along with Osama bin Laden.
And all the American pro-wars AND the Jihadists would suddenly change their tune and be whining "but I didn't support him."
Ah! Lovely image.
EDIT
Hopefully I've angered some conservatives AND some liberals.
I'd hate to think those thumbs down came from only one side. It would mean I'm not doing it right.

It is never a good thing to see a US President in that kind of situation, however when it is richly deserved as it is with Dubya, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Ashcroft I believe people will feel vindicated. I will.

Won't happen.
The whole thing started as a response to failure to comply with UN Security Council resolutions.

I predict that 20 years from now GWB will be remembered as the only president in modern history that did anything significant to protect the planet from global Jihadism.
Why should the US adhear to stupid international laws that give an unfair advantage to our adversaries during war.
The common wisdom of our media and UN sentiment is exactly what the world went through in 1938-1939.
DUH !

Nazi Germany was a Socialist Dictatorship bent on world domination. Bush maybe a liberal republican but he in no way compares. Hillary on the other hand is a dif story.

Since that will only happen in delusional fantasies and not on planet Earth, the question is fairly worthless, don't you think?

wow...what an incredible stupid thing to suggest.
A jewish person might be a little ticked to compare partisan criticism with the holocaust that claimed over 6 million jews and several million others.
Not to mention the conquest of Europe.
