Contact the Psych department at a nearby college. They probably have the equipment and might let you borrow or rent it. Even if you can't use theirs, they'll know exactly where you can get one.

I haven't heard of one that charts eye movement throughout a room, but universities have ones that track eye movement on computer screens (U-Minnesota, TC, for example).
