Ask your neighbour?

Do the meter's say anything?

Check online for utility providers in your area and you can call them up to request service.

To check online, go to your states government website, www.mass.gov for example, go to the housing section under the residents area, and it'll say energy, utilities, or something somewhere. And they'll tell you by town who provides you with utilities.
