Your best bet is probably to use google as a proxy

If that doesn't work for you here are a few, the last one is a site with a list of 350 proxy sites, but some seem to be dead.

having access to unauthorized information superhighway sites via information superhighway proxies is a violation of the college laptop utilization coverage. you will get suspended and/or banned from using college desktops. Use college desktops for college artwork and myspace would be there waiting for you once you get domicile. do you choose your instructors and school directors understanding what you're posting on myspace besides?

You know they put the blocks on for a reason.
Trying to breach them is a breach of usage terms.
Use the PCs for WORK ! Not wasting time !
