The Atlantic Ocean. Where I am, there is no land due south for some time. I'm at the eastern tip of North America, the only driving I can do from here is West, then I'll go south to the ferry and go to the US.

Depends on how many miles, but if I kept driving I'd go through Arkansas, through Louisiana and into the Gulf.
Walk the beach for several hours, fish for several more hours, then in a few days, I'd head back North.

When do I get to stop? In about 30 minutes, I could be in S.C., in about 8 to 9 hours I could be in Daytona Beach, and eventually, I'd wind up somewhere in the Florida Keys.
