Yes, I believe its even normal to have conversations out loud with yourself. If you prepare what your going to say to yourself it will be easier when you are in the "real" situation. It will help you to speak clearly and know what points you want make to the other person. Also, If someone interrupts, you can get back to what you were saying easier because you have already practiced in your head...the subconscious is pretty powerful at picking up where you left off. =)

Yes. In fact its like having 3 people up there in one. Its not a good sign though. I know my life has messed me up a little and it happens to me all the time (unless I am in a good mood). I could ramble on about this for hours, but you wouldn't understand a thing: that's how insane I am...

Heck yeah. I do it all the time. The other day I was conversing with myself out loud in the car, and when I looked behind me my 2 year old was just staring at me like i was crazy. When I looked at her, she kind of rolled her eyes and looked out the window!
