I have noticed that as well. It's getting to be frustrating, and at times annoying. There simply is no excuse for spelling errors, especially with an already provided spell check option. I think it is a combination of both, some do not speak English as we might expect, and others are just careless. Either way, it does make it difficult to really provide information, when the question is unclear.

I would suggest that you stick to questions that make sense to you, that are grammatically correct and have no misspellings, if you can find any. Not every one is a native speaker and those that are ,certainly do not improve the chances of those that are not in correcting or comprehending the English as it is written on this forum. If you do do this and others follow in your example you will have the perfect grammatic forum but it will be a lot less interesting.
I am fully fluent in gibberish and can understand and speak a few words of nonsense and even that does not help me understand the questions on this forum.

Some people here will argue they are used to type as they do when texting on cel phone, and they text without vocals to save money. But I think it reeks of lazyness. These younger generations are used to typing any way they like, and then they use the spell check for homeworks, but during hand written exams, their writing flaws come out. I remember many lectures in college due to people who can't type even basic words.
What I find more apalling is english is not my native language, and everything we were taught is completely wrong is commonly used nowadays. Not only do we have to learn english if we want to comunicate with american people, but now we have to learn incorrectly if we want to be understood.

Part of the problem is the fact that people like to do things fast, particularly online.
It is a little bit of carelessness and a good deal of apathy.

Some of both.
Also, some questions are plays on words so you have to figure them out.. Take a look at some of my questions to see what I mean.
After all this is the Word and wordplay section.

Because our society today is highly uneducated or too busy to worry about punctuation. It really is sad.
