I wish that I had the answer- But what does help is looking at the misfortunes of others and realising how very lucky you are!

i say live in the day.

just look at where you are. physically...look around you. this is today! live today! look at how lucky you are! you can really do anything you want. whatever you are worrying about, doesn't really need another thought. you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. if there's something you are unhappy about, or worry about, then change it! today!

find God.

also, if you are a constant worrier, to the point that it disables you from doing things, i suggest looking into anti-anxiety meds. there might be an chemical imbalance in your brain, which is totally normal and can be helped.

but, if not, then you're just like the rest of us, and all i can say is live the best life you can, today. and do that every day.

i agree with others who said find something else to do. I get the most stressed when my mind isn't occupied enough- worriers are usually smart people- they worry because they have the ability to imagine multiple possibilities, and the brain capacity to both use mind power to worry and live day to day. so find something that works for you- carpentry, writing, running, something that gets rid of that extra energy.

each persons answer is different to that question... and you have to find your own answer.

There is literally nothing anyone can do to help you find that answer any faster.

But if it's causing issues in your life.. there are ways you can deal with the anxiety.
