The lefties patron saint, FDR, was too, along with Eisenhower and Ronald Reagan. I'd say let's hope this puts an end to the ludicrous ridicule of GW, but I probably know better than to think that will happen.

That other patron saint, JFK, pronounced it Nu-cu-lar also. So far, Bush seems to be in pretty good company.

Lots of people are cheerleaders. I don't see anyone belittling W because he was a cheerleader. He also played sports in prep school. In college he was usually too drunk or high on something to qualify for the team but not a problem staying on the sidelines. He had school spirit and that can't be a bad thing.

The thing is, Bush is still a cheerleader. He's a ditsy moron with nothing to offer. He's also still too much of a coward to play a real sport.

Well, if that were the only thing wrong with GW, maybe. There is so much more stuff to pick on. Nu-CU-Lar for one....

Not at all. FDR rose above it and became a great leader. Bush hasn't risen above anything.

Damn...now I guess we'll have to move on to ridiculing him for the last 7 years. Doesn't look like we'll ever run out of material.
