i heard on geo news that despite very poor performence and bowling attack Shoahib Malik will still be the test & ODI captain has the pakistan cricket board president gone mad i think younus khan should be the test captain , Shahid Afridi the ODI & T20 captain shoahib should not be the captain though he is a good batsmen i think he is a very good batsmen but not a good captain

i agree. i thought he would change into a better captain, but no..get rid of him now!! i think either younus khan or misbah ul haq should be captain, b/c they both r always positive.

Haneef, As you said Younis Khan would be a very good captain, but we also know that he is reluctant to captain the side. I think thats why the Pakistan team management has selected Shoaib Malik.
And I also think Shoaib Malik is not doing that bad. In his first series as captain in T20, he got his team upto the World Cup finals. Moreover, I think he will need some time to settle as a captain.
Younis Khan would have been a good choice, but Shoaib Malik isnt bad either. He will learn the art in days to come!
So, dont worry! It will be alright

no i think we have to be patient with Malik. He is good for odis and 2020. Yunis said that he is willing to lead the test side if he is given the responsibility. I think Yunis should be the test captain and Malik should be given more chances to prove himself as a good captain

younis khan is willing to lead the team now. and shoaib malik will still be captain for odi. Mohammad yousaf should be odi captain.

Younis Khan is refusing take up captaincy .. you cannot force somebody to become the captain...
Shoaib is still young and still learning..give him some more time

no my brother, he is only for odi. Younus Khan is for test. PCB had a meeting with him and said that he will be test cap even after the test series lost.

More than all, Younis and Afridi are not at all interested in the job..
Before going to Malik the job offered to younis, yousuf and afridi..
But they refused so it was given to him..
