to what degree can you say Whites are turning against Oprah?
Forget her web-site! Until her television ratings start to drop, web drama means next to nothing to sponsors or network execs.

I think non-black women are generally more upset than non-black men. I'm certainly not speaking for anyone, but what I've gotten out of this drama is that a lot of women are upset because they feel that she should back the female [i.e. Hillary]. Although, I definitely don't doubt that there are non-black men pissing their pants [some who are racist and some who are racially sensitive for whatever reason(s)]
If she was endorsing Hillary? There would probably still be a lot of backlash- but from different people [i.e. men who don't want a female president and black people who feel that she should support them by endorsing Obama].
I don't understand why people get so bent over who these rich people vote for. Most of them are going to vote for whomever they believe will protect THEIR interests. Black, white, male, female- It doesn't matter. In the end, the master class still rules.

Yes, Oprah is a total racist. She only likes black people, because they don't reflect sunlight. The reason for this is that she is secretly a Lizard Person from the center of the Earth (really about 30 miles down). In fact, Zach Anner poses a great threat to Oprah's cabal. When her network satellite is in place, it will destroy the sun. But only if no one is watching her network. So she needs Dr. Phyllis to win, or else her horrible plan will never come to fruition. So yes, she is a racist.

I haven't actually made up my mind who to vote for yet. I already know two that I won't vote for, and neither of them is Obama. I have nothing against Oprah but she has no influence on my vote nor does any of these other celebrities as a matter fact. Matter of fact, celebrity indorsement causes me to look critical of a candidate. If people want to make this racial, then the only two black people I would listen to is Powell and/or Cosby. I vary much admire and respect both of those gentlemen. I surely hope this don't turn into a racial thing. I think America is ready for a black president, just not for sure that it is Obama. Wish Powell would run, I'd quite my job to help in his campaign.

That's how most racists roll. They are OK with Black people entertaining them, but not having a voice. Also, Obama is a bi-racial man and it scares racists that if Obama wins, it will send out the message of interracial relationships being a good thing(racists fear their group will become obsolete). Did anyone ever consider the fact that Oprah just support his views?

It's an age-old problem and the only reason why it's an issue is that Oprah is one of the few black talk show hosts to have transcended color. It is ridiculous to think that she is making it a race thing just because she's campaigning for him but then again why is a talk show host talking politics? If she wants to be able to reach many she needs to be neutral. It's the Oprah show afterall, not meet the press.

I'm white and have nothing but respect for Oprah. I do not think whites in general are turning against her either - she is just too highly respected for the usual political mud slinging. She supports Obama because she believes in him and so do a lot of white voters. Oprah is not a black lady in my book - she is just another great lady!

I coulnd't say it any better than Jamalski up there.
And to the one called "Mommy to B" complaining about Oprah making a school for blacks in south africa...
"Then there's the whole school opening in Africa for only black girls. Oprah said she did not feel obligated to help the white children of Africa. Race oriented."
Are you actually complaining about this? After all the years that whites in south african denied the black natives of that country any rights? for years and years, blacks were not allowed to have good educations and jobs, and blacks in south africa today are still suffering as a result of arparthied--remember, just because something is gone, does not mean that the effects are still not there. Whites in south africa have the most money and status in the country, while many blacks are still suffering, and why should oprah feel obligated to help people that are doing perfectly fine (the whites) ? Get real and wake up to reality. You have just proved the validity of what Jamalski said, even though you critisized him/her and said it wasn't true. Pathetic you are.

Anyone,in any capacity, for any reason, turning against Oprah Winfrey is a GOOD thing. She's a racist(and was showing us that YEARS before Obama),the most blatant sexist I've ever seen on Network tv,and she's a major weopon in the American Medical Association's fight to enslave us all in the name of the drug companies. The b**ch is pure poison.

Some humans have a tendency to think inside the box and follow the HERD. Free thinkers, thoughtful, caring, good hearted can make their own decisions w/o following the HERD. TO EACH HIS OWN!
