one Kg is a very large unit -- about 2 lbs
the recipe probably calls for about 400 *grams* not kilograms
1 lb = 453.53 grams
you'll need to have a scale to be able to find out how much you need because there's really no easy way to find out how many cups of flour is approximately 400 grams.
Also, Kg is not an "english" measurement -- it's "Metric", the most commonly used measurement system in the wold at the moment -- it would be a good thing to learn it. Imperial (lbs and such) is really only used by the States right now.

400kg. of flour? That's eight hundredweight! What the hell are you baking?!
Are you sure it's not just 400 grams? Do yourself a favour and buy some modern scales.

Are you working in a backery ?
1 kg = 35.274 ounce = 2.205 pounds
400 kg = 400 × 35.274 = 14109.6 ounce.
= 400 × 2.205 = 882 lb

1 slug = 14.5939 kg
so
400 kg * (1 slug / 14.5939 kg) = 27.408711 slug
good luck finding a measurement cup for slugs.

1 kg is aproximately 2.2 pounds, so 400kg would be approximately 400 x 2.2 = 880 pounds.
That`s one huge pie you`re making !
Hope this helps, Twiggy.
