We want one more together and we are done. (I want my tubes tied.)

I had the IUD put in after "our" daughter was born. shes going to be 4 now.
I had the IUD taken out October 31st. been TTC since.
No luck!. Is there something wrong with me?

Your body needs to readjust from the IUD and get back on track. Any time you stop any sort of birth control it can actually take time for some. Others it happens for right away. You can't know which one you would be.

Even though you got pregnant easily before, doesn't mean it will be easy again. Our bodies change al the time and hormone levels change as well. This could be a factor in the conception issue.

I understand your concerns but don't worry just yet. If you just can't stop thinking and wondering about it then please go to your OBGYN and have fertility testing done. It will answer your questions for you and give you peace of mind.

And just a little FYI: I went through infertility testing and In-Virto procedures for 4 years before I had my son. We had tried for 5 years before that. Its not easy and believe me I know from experience.

Good Luck!

No you are not infertile. Coming off of the IUD or even birth control pills may take 3 months or so to get your cycle back on track.

Rest assured you can and will get pregnant in due course. Try to relax and not worry about it so much. Easier said then done I know but you'll be okay hon. It's early days believe me.

after 6 weeks of trying you can hardly call yourself infertile. Give it a year before you worry, your ovaries have been at rest for a while, they may take some time to get regular again.

It's only been like three months. That's nothing! They say that if in a year you aren't pregnant, then you should get checked out. Of course, if you feel that you want to now, no harm in asking your dr.
