Depends on what sort of music you like. If you are into Hiphop because it is a way for people to put poetry to a beat then you are going to love him, nobody can deny he is an amazing lyricist and has a strong grasp of language and how to play with it. It is also widely recognised that he is one of the leaders in using different rap styles to deliver his lyrics
If you are a little teeny bopper who like songs like Umbrella, then you shouldn't be listening to him anyway!

He's a wanker. I liked him a little when he had a little humor in his raps, but now it's all whining and songs to his daughter.

i don't like his early stuff but his more recent stuff is less violent and more meaningful.
