I'm 5', I'm 19.. all the jeans I buy are either to baggy but are short enough (if I but petite) my waist is small but my thighs and butt are huge! :\ I weigh 137... In jeans I wear about a size 9-13 (depends on designer). I also have very large boobs which when I wear a shirt make the shirt pull up. Are there any ideas that can help me, PLEASE! I want a shirt that is cute but will look right on someone short with curves. I'm hour glass shaped and pants that are good in length but don't fall right off of me!!! Serious answers only please, I'm going through an almost 20 crisis! lol

If you have a Nordstroms store near you, go in and ask one of the salesclerks, in a department that has the clothes you like, if you could speak with a "Personal Shopper". They will help you with choosing an outfit that is attractive for your particular body style. They will also help you with getting the right size and they have people who will do any alterations you need done right at the store.

I know stated pants but you should really look into investing in pencil skirts. They are flattering and slenderizing on everyone. Since you are short make sure you get them to stop right at your knees. if you go longer you will just look shorter. Also, since you are top heavy you should not wear crew and boat neck shirts. I am a size C cup and I always wear V neck shirts. People make the mistake of trying to hide their chest and that just makes it more noticeable. For jeans i would say go with a dark rinse but you will just have to try on a ton of jeans until you find the ones that work best on you. Don't be to distracted by the Length because like you i am petite (short) and unfortunately i have to get EVERYTHING tailored. It sucks but that is the only way you will get your clothes to fit you appropriately. I hope this helps.

these are some tops I found for you, note that most have a high band near the bust, called an empire waist.

And here are some bottoms. Note the a-line skirts and straight leg pants.

these are dresses, but there's a top in there I didn't see earlier.

Just so you know, these are just styles. NOT colors or patterns. Feel free to go wild in color etc, but these styles will work well for you.
P.S. isn't the black sparkle JC penny dress just gorgeous? It comes in juniors, on the site. I'd suggest going on the site, too.
hope the links work

;)
EDIT: damn! the links don't work, I'll ask on how to get good polyvore links and fix it, OK?

Think about getting babydoll shirts.I am shaped close to the same way just a little taller and almost all of my shirts are babydolls. They give you room and they can be sexy if you get the right ones.Lots of different styles out there to choose from.Good luck Honey

get one of those baby doll shirts. i don't know what they call them now. with the high bust line. i'm 5'1" with a large chest, but wear size 4 pants. it works really well. and it's cute. i don't know where you shop, but macy's, the loft, ny&co all carry them.
