Into 950, using one line that can bend, swirl and have no limit of length?

I found the answer! Just put a line on the top of the middle line (I) and it makes it I 0 T0 10

Ten to Ten, aka 9.50. Clever eh?

Hmm...use a 0 for the last digit (0). Use another 0 and a I to make the 9 by bending the I a little and attaching it to the bottom of the 0. As for the 5, try to come up with something using what's left: I 0 I
