Do you like the name Mayreen not Maureen, but Mayreen. (May-Reen) I'm just curious about what people think.

Lol, that is my name, but just cause I said that still be honest if you like it. I don't mind negitive comments, long as they aren't rude.

Not particularly, I'm sorry to say. :(
It sounds like one of those contrived combo names, at best. Like someone wanted wanted to honor a May and a Mairin/Maureen, so they slapped the two together to make a less-attractive version. Or worse, it sounds very much like someone simply had no clue how to pronounce Mairin to begin with, and guessed at may-REEN (which I simply cannot say without it sounding like I have a deep Texas drawl ... which I assure you, I do not LOL).
If by chance you are trying to honor someone named "Maureen," and don't care for that exact form, you might also consider Mairenn (MAWR-en, to rhyme with Lauren), Maura, Moira or even simply Mary, to name a few examples. ;)
Hope that helps.

I don't care for it. It sounds like a mispronounciation of Maureen. I personally wouldn't use it, but it isn't awful. I think Marina is a bit nicer, though.

I like it because it's different! How often do you get called Maureen though, I bet it can get frustrating.

Not my style but it's pleasant. It seems more for an older lady than a young girl. With all that said, be proud! It's unique but not weird.

I think a girl named this would spend her whole life saying "No, NOT Maureen...."

It sounds too much like Irene and Maureen, neither of which I like.
I don't like it, sorry, but that is just my opinion :-)

Well sure, I like it. If maybe you have issues with silly people annoying you and saying your name improperly maybe when you write it you could write it phonetically.
In school just write your name Maereen ?
