Well, for starters you need to re-word your question. The way you are asking does not really make any sense.
I think what you are asking is if the car will go any faster than 180, where the spedometer stops.

Your car has a governor on it and will only allow the car to probably go to 105mph -115mph. Then it will shut the engine down...

that is the maximum speed it can REPORT
not the speed it can achieve
