Not so much slutty as it is tacky. Don't wear it. Ever. That has to be one of the worst outfits I've ever heard of. Converse shouldn't ever be worn with fishnets. Fishnets look bad under long skirts, especially with holes. I can't even picture a corset with red plaid. And you're too young for fishnets and corsets anyway. Wear the Chucks with jeans and a tee, casual, acceptable clothes that are bookstore-appropriate.

I don't think whether the outfit is slutty or not has anything to do with age. I do think that sounds a LITTLE on the slutty side. Usually a good rule of thumb is to mix one sexy piece and one more conservative piece. So if you wear a short skirt, maybe pair it with a long sleeved fitted t-shirt. Or if you wear a corset, mix it with jeans. If you're worried about whether your outfit shows too much, it probably means you could stand to cover up a little more.

If you have to ask - then yes. Find a way to express your style and show off the bod without "wondering." It sounds cute - but for 13 you don't want to attract the WRONG sort to admire you. The outfit is fine for nighttime with friends (in a safe place), but not day.

Caitlin, Yes, I think it is not appropriate to dress like that. Especially looking at your age. Why not just wear a cute pair of pants and a sweater! You are 13! Remember that okay!!!!!
