depends on who made it. sometimes a good place will make it and send it out to diff places.

Nope. I wouldn't buy them at the airport either. Also, wouldn't buy it from a vending machine.

nope! that stuff can really mess you up if it is too old..you would be using the toilet in every truck stop after that...
