What is a kremmer?

some one in my college called anothe rperson a kremmer

we didnt know what it was!

In what context was it said? Was it just randomly thrown into a conversation. If so, it could mean just about anything.

I couldn't find a definition for "kremmer."

In the Urban Dictionary, there are two explanations given for the word, "krem."
