You don't necessarily need to bleed in order to not be a virgin. And it's probably a good thing it didn't hurt. Sounds to me like you aren't a virgin anymore.

If you had intercourse you are not a virgin. You may or may not still have an intact hyman, but that is not a real determinant of virginity.
