dang it u stole my question! i swear i was gonna ask that, but to answer your questions hell's yeah i like chitlins and we're gonna have some for Christmas

I will clean the chitlin's, I will cook the chitlin's, I will make the cole slaw and the spaghetti as sides with the chitlin's and I will make sure that there is plenty-o-hotsauce for the chitlin's.

I will then sit down and eat the hell out of those chitlin's too! In fact, I have a little bit that are frozen that I'm savoring for a special occasion dedicated to me.

Chitlin : The parts of the pig that aren't even fit for hotdogs.
NO I do NOT like Chitlins. They don't even SMELL edible.

LOL....I laugh at some of the answers of those who said they have never had chitlins or ate it. If you really think about it, if you are not a vegetarian....you have probably ate it and not known it. Sausage....the casing for sausage is.....pork intestine....chitlins. :oP

Ha I asked my fiance what he wanted for dinner tonight and he said Chitlins...but he was kidding hopefully because I don't know what they are.

I have eaten Lambs Brains and young chicks from
an egg as this is delicate dares in Gourmet
Raw Fish and blood sausage Pigs feet and Ears
and i sacrificed my Son's to have them shock me
into the reality that i had to send my Dog to Texas
cause he told me he ate DOG meat on a camping trip
AT 14,,wonder why today he flies high over the mountain Top'S

I really can't get past the smell. They say there's a way to cook them so that they don't stink, but I'm not gonna try. I understand pig entrails sounds disgusting, but I still eat bologna and hot dogs.

Heck ya, but only if their cooked right.

Toss on some hot sauce, a side of greens, pinto beans with corn bread and I'm there.
