Immediately rinse the child's face with water, if someone is with you get them to call 911 or if your alone do it once you've done the first step.
Tell the 911 operator your address and to immediately send an ambulance then describe the situation. It is better to wait for an ambulance as the paramedics can administer treatment on scene and have no trouble getting through traffic as you may have if you drive your self.
If this has happened to you, the last thing you should be doing is wasting time asking on Yahoo! Answers.
Further, never store dangerous goods where a child can access them! Always put them out of reach in a secure location.

grab him and jump in the shower with him to rinse out his eyes and dilute the poison on his face. Call his doctor after you rinse his face for 15 minutes.

it comes with a warning label but the safest thing to do would be to rinse his face and eyes with water. You still might want to read those labels before hand though. Some chemicals may react worst with water. dont freak out, read the label, have the poison control number handy and then call 911 or as instructed by poison control.

I would call 911 and if it is going to be just as fast for you to drive him to the hospital I would do that rather than wait for an ambulance. 911 can inform the hospital that you are on the way so they can be ready with any antidote needed. In the meantime I'd probably be trying to wash his eyes and face while on the phone.

Call 911! You do not know what the permanent effects are. If you can get there faster, bring the baby. Rinse the face with cold water.

Rinse his eyes immediately, then call poison control. They'll tell you what needs to be done.
You should also be sure to put anything that could possibly harm an infant up and out of reach.

don't do the water, that could make it worse... the chemicals could react w/ the water or the chlorine in it or something
911 will most likely also patch through to poison control to give some immediate directions, have the insecticide bottle/can nearby so you or someone can read off exactly what it is... also take it w/ you to the hospital... it will help them decide what they need to flush the eyes out with.... sometimes they have special neutralizers that are safer

Definetly rinse that stuff off of the baby asap. Then call poison control and see what they say to do from there they usually will tell you to take the baby in or to just watch for symptoms.....good luck and god bless

Definitely rinse him off in the shower. THEN, call your pediatrician or POISON hotline to decide next steps. There should be a number on the can of spray.
