By "sis" do you mean "cyst," as in ovarian cyst? Possible. Or you might have had the cyst before.

Not that I am aware of however I took the Depo shot after I had my daughter and the side effects for me were horrible. It made me gain weight and have terrible mood swings. But always research a birth control option before you take it and discuss it with your doctor.
