It's wouldn't be a good idea.

When I was in the Army we were taught that you can't "save" sleep. So sleeping for 2 days straight with the idea of using it up over the next 5 days wouldn't work. You'd be as tired as you normally would be after 5 days without sleep. Really, really tired.

My twins have always been on a sleeping schedule since they were 6 months old. They go to bed about 730 8 and sleeped through the whole night and wake up about seven and they get one nap right after lunch for about an hour to an hour and a half. The problem is he might be taking why to many naps during the day. so thats why he is not sleeping though the night. I would have him take on nap in the middle of the day and he will probably sleep through the night

I don't think so. There is a day and then a night for a reason you know. and you wont be able to sleep for 2 days straight no matter how tired you are. you have to eat and you have to go to the toilet...

Not that would be healthy for you. And not that would actually work long-term.
