192.168.*.* is a private IP address. This would be something within a home or work network.

:50910 is the port number that the system or service is using.

a-70-183-191-7 not sure?

http is the common protocal for the internet (web)

TIME_WAIT may be a cammand to wait x number of (min/sec/hours?)
